This Fish SOD ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Fish SOD protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Competitive ELISA kit, its detection range is 1.25 ng/mL-20 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.625 ng/mL.

I use the SOD kit(fish) after centrifuge the standard vial at 6000~10000rpm for 30s before opening 2:56 pm
i must pipetting standard vial or not?
