Capture antibody is mouse monoclonal antibody and immunogen is CHO cell-derived recombinant protein).
Detection antibody is goat polyclonal antibody and immunogen is CHO cell-derived recombinant protein).
Standard is NS0-derived recombinant protein. Sorry we can not disclose the sequence of the standard and immunogen.
We tested serum and plasma samples before and the test value is 100-400pg/ml.
