This Human PIVKA-II ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Human PIVKA-II protein in serum, plasma, ascitic fluid, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 0.312 ng/mL-20 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.078 ng/mL.

I have a question regarding calibration standard in the kit. How this standard protein synthesized or extracted from some source? and how many des-carboxy forms (PIVKAII) it includes?
Can you please let me know the below information:
1) Does the kit contain any human derived material? If so, please describe what it is.
2) Does the kit contain any animal derived material? If so please describe what it is. Please let us know if it contains polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies and what species the antibodies are from?
