Product Name:

Recombinant human Dr1-associated corepressor protein

Product Type:
Recombinant Protein
Application:
Immunogen,ELISA
Code:
CSB-RP051444h
Relevance:
The association of the DR1/DRAP1 heterodimer with TBP results in a functional repression of both activated and basal transcription of class II genes. This interaction precludes the formation of a transcription-competent complex by inhibiting the association of TFIIA and/or TFIIB with TBP. Can bind to DNA on its own. Ref.1 Ref.2
Mol. Weight:
48 KD
Product Info:
GST-tagged
Purity:
90%
Image:
Storage Buffer:
PBS buffer, 20mM GSH
Storage:
Store at -20℃, for extended storage, conserve at -20℃ or -80℃.
Notes:
Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4℃ for up to one week.
