SLO (native protein)
The streptolysin prime O (SLO), is one of the metabolites of group A streptococ. It can dissolve human red blood cells and has strong antigenicity. If body infects group A streptococcal from pharyngitis, tonsillitis, scarlet fever, erysipelas, pyoderma or rheumatic fever, the body can produce Anti-Streptolysin O(ASO). ASO determination is of great value for the diagnosis of group A streptococcal infection, The existence and content can reflect the severity of the infection.
Binding with the latex particles, the SLO encounter with the ASO of the samples in the liquid phase, forming a antigen-antibody complex. The turbidity will be a certain percentage in the linear range. Compared with the calibrator, we can calculate the ASO in the sample.
More than a dozen of companies supply SLO protein in the international market. Most of them cannot cater to the development and production requirements of ASO diagnostic reagents based on the latex method, because of some existing problem about stability, production, immune activity. NGAL protein & antibody

Neutrophil gelatinase transfer protein (NGAL) is an early renal injury and sensitive biomarkers. NGAL level has significant increase within two hours of kidney injury; the Danish Bioporto first developed out of NGAL ELISA kit in 2005 and got the CE certification in 2006. It can be used for clinical diagnosis and monitoring of acute renal injury. At present, only one company Abbott is a listing approval in May 2011.
At the end of 2011, we successfully develop the NGAL protein and corresponding polyclonal antibody. Compared with the products of Biopotro, our products are detected comprehensively. Based on the resulting data, our products are almost at the same level of Biopotro, no matter in specificity, sensitivity, stability, absorbance or clinical sample. In addition, our NGAL protein and antibody has been validated by many terminal customers, finding it available to use for developing the NGAL clinical diagnostic kit, which is based on elisa and latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay(LETID).
RBP4 protein & antibody

CysC protein & antibody
Cystine protease inhibitor C (CysC) is a relatively close to the ideal reflect endogenous marker of glomerular filtration rate. Studies show that the substance can't be infected by physical, gender, age, inflammation and other factors and the body content is constant. Compared with serum BUN, Cr has higher sensitivity and specificity. There is a very important value for the evaluation of glomerular filtration rate.
