LIFR signaling plays a critical role in cancer stem cell maintenance and tumor microenvironment regulation, making its extracellular domain a valuable tool for dissecting ligand-receptor interactions in oncology research. This recombinant human LIFR construct spans residues 45–833, covering the extracellular ligand-binding region, and is expressed in mammalian cells to preserve native glycosylation and conformational integrity essential for accurate binding studies. Functional ELISA validation demonstrates robust LIF engagement with an EC50 of 11.68–15.52 ng/ml, directly supporting use in receptor-ligand interaction assays, competitive inhibition experiments, blocking antibody screening, and affinity characterization by SPR or BLI. The C-terminal hFc1-Flag tag facilitates oriented immobilization and detection, while purity exceeding 95% and endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg satisfy the quality thresholds commonly required for therapeutic antibody epitope mapping and small-molecule inhibitor screening campaigns.
Applications : Antigen, Binding assay/Protein-protein interaction
Review: We used CSB-MP012929HUi9 product to carry out functional ELISA experiments, coated with human LIF recombinant protein (CSB-MP012928HUd9), which can bind LIFR at 2 μg/ml, with EC50 of 22.58-30.24 ng/ml, which proves that the recombinant protein has better binding activity. Subsequently, it was used as an antigen for immunization, the mouse serum titer was high, and the screened antibodies could better recognize my sample. It proves that the antigen has complete biological activity and is close to the structure of a natural sample. The entire experiment progressed smoothly. I plan to continue purchasing in large quantities!
