Conjugate Avi-tag Biotinylated
E. coli biotin ligase (BirA) is highly specific in covalently attaching biotin to the 15 amino acid AviTag peptide. This recombinant protein was biotinylated in vivo by AviTag-BirA technology, which method is BriA catalyzes amide linkage between the biotin and the specific lysine of the AviTag.

Tag Info
Tag type will be determined during the manufacturing process.
The tag type will be determined during production process. If you have specified tag type, please tell us and we will develop the specified tag preferentially.
Form
Lyophilized powder
Note: We will preferentially ship the format that we have in stock, however, if you have any special requirement for the format, please remark your requirement when placing the order, we will prepare according to your demand.
Buffer before Lyophilization
Tris/PBS-based buffer, 6% Trehalose, pH 8.0
Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Troubleshooting and FAQs
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.
Lead Time
Delivery time may differ from different purchasing way or location, please kindly consult your local distributors for specific delivery time.
Note: All of our proteins are default shipped with normal blue ice packs, if you request to ship with dry ice, please communicate with us in advance and extra fees will be charged.
Notes
Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.

Target Background

Function
Receptor for cysteinyl leukotrienes. The response is mediated via a G-protein that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. The rank order of affinities for the leukotrienes is LTC4 = LTD4 >> LTE4.
Gene References into Functions
  1. CysLT2R signaling, IL-33-dependent group 2 innate lymphoid cell expansion, and IL-33-driven mast cell activation are necessary for induction of type 2 immunopathology and aspirin sensitivity. CysLT2R-targeted drugs may interrupt these processes. PMID: 29282304
  2. It plays a critical role in Ab1e42-induced neurotoxicity. PMID: 24269024
  3. The CysLT(1) and CysLT(2) receptors were primarily localized in neurons, microglia and neutrophils PMID: 23132680
  4. Suggest that endothelial and nonendothelial CysLT2R niches have separate roles in mediating inflammatory responses in ischemic/perfusion injury. PMID: 24285579
  5. LTC4 activates mouse platelets exclusively through CysLT2R. LTC4/CysLT2R signaling required an autocrine ADP-mediated response through P2Y12 receptors. PMID: 24244016
  6. CysLT1R, CysLT2R and GPR17 might be involved in the MPTP-induced Parkinson disease damage in mice. PMID: 23505108
  7. CysLT2R negatively regulates the development of cys-LT-dependent T helper cell (Th)2 pulmonary inflammation by inhibiting both CysLT1R signaling and house dust mite-induced LTC4S-dependent cell surface expression of CysLT1R on dendritic cells. PMID: 23002438
  8. These findings establish a role for eosinophil-derived cysteinyl leukotriene and the CysLT(2)R in the hyperkeratosis and fibrosis of allergic skin inflammation. PMID: 22416124
  9. Results implicate the CysLT(2)R in the progression of ischemic retinopathy. PMID: 22131271
  10. These results suggest that a lack of neuronal expression of CysLTR in the murine colonic myenteric plexus attenuates colitis disease progression. PMID: 21641390
  11. findings show that CysLT1 receptor attenuates while CysLT2 receptor facilitates oxygen glucose deprivation -induced PC12 cell death PMID: 16756959
  12. CysLT2 receptors interact with CysLT1 receptors and down-modulate cysteinyl leukotriene dependent mitogenic responses of mast cells. PMID: 17693579
  13. Endothelium-targeted overexpression of CysLT2R aggravates myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by increasing endothelial permeability and by accelerating left ventricular remodeling, and impaired cardiac performance. PMID: 18276782
