Image	Flow cytometric analysis of Myosin XIX expression in HepG2 cells using Myosin XIX antibody. Green, isotype control; red, Myosin XIX. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with myosin XIX antibody and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody respectively.

Function

Actin-based motor molecule with ATPase activity that localizes to the mitochondrion outer membrane. Motor protein that moves towards the plus-end of actin filaments. Required for mitochondrial inheritance during mitosis. May be involved in mitochondrial transport or positioning.
