ATP5A1 Proteins

ATP5A1 or ATP5F1A (ATP Synthase F1 Subunit Alpha) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with ATP5F1A include Mitochondrial Complex V Deficiency, Nuclear Type 4 and Combined Oxidative Phosphorylation Deficiency 22. Among its related pathways are Respiratory electron transport, ATP synthesis by chemiosmotic coupling, and heat production by uncoupling proteins. and purine nucleotides de novo biosynthesis. An important paralog of this gene is ATP6V1B2.
