BRAF Proteins

BRAF (v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogenes homolog B1) is a serine/threonine-protein kinase belonging to the Raf family. It is an important signal transduction molecule of the MAPK signaling pathway, mediating signals from RAS to ERK, ultimately regulating a wide range of biological activities including cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Mutations of BRAF kinase, abnormalities frequently found in various types of cancers, such as colorectal cancer and malignant melanoma.

25 recombinant BRAF proteins are manufactured and provided by CUSABIO. The overall purity of these proteins is greater than 85%. And they are expressed in five expression systems, including Yeast, Mammalian cell, E.coli, Baculovirus, and in Vivo Biotinylation in E.coli. Their expression regions derive from partial BRAF fragment of Human-, Chicken-, Mouse-, Coturnix coturnix japonica-, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa-origin. Tag-customized or -free proteins are also available. And these recombinant BRAF proteins can be used as the immunogens to produce BRAF antibodies.

The below catalog are the all recombinant BRAF proteins, you can choose the most appropriate one for your experiment. If you have more requirements for the protein, you can contact us for the customized service.
