CD14 Antibodies

CD14 is a glycoprotein predominantly expressed on neutrophils, monocytes, and macrophages. It also exists as a soluble form present in the circulation and other body fluids. As a pattern recognition receptor, CD14 binds to PAPMs (pathogen-associated molecular patterns) such as LPS. LPS-binding protein (LBP) initiates the binding of CD14 to LPS and transfers LPS to the TLR4/MD2 complex. LPS activation of TLR4 elicits a series of cascades, including tyrosine phosphorylation, NF kappa B translocation, cytokine release, and oxygen-free radical production.
Anti-CD14 antibodies can detect the presence and endogenous levels of CD14 proteins. And monoclonal antibodies against CD14 are frequently used for the identification of leukemias with monocytic differentiation.

There are 8 anti-CD14 antibodies produced in-house with high quality. Among these CD14 antibodies, there are 5 polyclonal CD14 antibodies and 3 monoclonal CD14 antibodies. They can work in various applications, including ELISA, WB, IHC, IF, and FC and react with CD14 proteins from Human, Mouse, Rabbit, and Rat. Some CD14 antibodies have high purity reaching at least 95%, purified by protein A/G. Other antibodies undergo purification through the antigen affinity purification method. These CD14 antibodies are generated in the immunized rabbits or mice using the different immunogens, including Human CD14 with full length, Recombinant Human CD14 protein (20-345aa), and Synthesized peptide derived from human CD14. Partial antibodies are conjugated with HRP, FITC, and Biotin labeling molecules, which are helpful in the downstream analysis.
