Zinc finger protein GLI2 is a protein in humans that is encoded by GLI2 gene. Functions as transcription regulator in the hedgehog (Hh) pathway . Functions as transcriptional activator. May also function as transcriptional repressor (By similarity). Requires STK36 for full transcriptional activator activity. Required for normal embryonic development.
The following Gli2 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
