This Mouse ASM Ab ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Mouse ASM Ab protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 1.56 ng/mL-100 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.39 ng/mL.

Can you please let me know what is dilution range you used for mouse serum ( range is not provided in the protocol).
Thanks for your reply. Okay, does that mean I need 100ul of serum sample? (I realize that dilution depends on my samples). If you can get any data on sample dilution that it would be very helpful.
