Official PO with Company/Institute Letter Head Purchase Order Number, Recipient Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Shipping & Billing Address, Product Code, Product Name, Product Size & Quantity, Product Price, Shipping Price
Q: What payment methods are accepted? Should I prepay for the orders?
Currently, the only acceptable payment method is wire transfer by T/T. We will issue a PI as an order confirmation including our bank account information for you to do a wire transfer.
Yes, pre-payment is required for your order.
Q: How much is shipping?
The freight cost differs from country to country and also depends on how many products you order. Please contact us or your local distributor to ask about the freight cost of your place.
Q: What is the shipping condition of the products?
All products are shipped with normal blue ice packs by default. If you request to ship with dry ice, please contact us in advance and extra fees will be charged
Q: How do you ship my order? Can I track a shipped order?
We usually use FedEx, and DHL to deliver our products. And you are free to choose any express companies if you have an account.
CUSABIO will keep tracking your order before you receive it. The tracking code will be offered once your order is shipped. So you can also check the shipping information on the following websites with the tracking code: http://www.fedex.com/ or http://www.dhl.com/en.html.
Q: How soon will my order be shipped?
Generally, for products in stock, the order will be shipped out within 1-5 working days after your pre-payment is received by us.
For custom service, it depends on different projects, but the estimated time is usually informed to you before you place the order.
Q: How do I know if my order has been received and processed?
Whether you choose to order from our distributors or from us directly, we will notify you via email of your order status. You will be notified again with a tracking number when your items are shipped.
Q: Can I get a discount?
We can give you a fine discount if you make bulk purchases. For bulk quotations, please contact us by email: [email protected]. Please indicate the approximate quantity of the product you want to purchase in your email.

CUSABIO is now offering tens of thousands of antibody samples for free. Additionally, 24T trial size is available for all ELISA kits except food safety ELISA kits. The price is only $150/kit and free shipping will be offered.
Q: What if I receive an item that is damaged?
If you find the item has been damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the product via email at [email protected] attaching a photo of the damaged product. We will re-send the order.
Q: What if a CUSABIO product does not work as promised in the manual?
All CUSABIO products have passed the QC standard described in the COA. However, we recognize that there is always something for improvement. If you find a CUSABIO product not working as described on our datasheet, please contact us with all the information you can provide before the expiration date. We will provide technical support, replacement, or refund.
Q: How do l cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled without any charge within 48 hours after the order is placed. A certain cancellation fee may be charged after 48 hours. For more details, please contact us.
