Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

If you apply for the stock products, we would prepare for your order the moment we receive your pre-payment, and it will take 1-5 working days before our delivering. If you need custom services, it differs from each other, please feel free to contact us for details.

Q: Could I get a free sample? How can I get a discount?

CUSABIO is now offering tens of thousands of antibody samples for free. Additionally, 24T trial size is available for all ELISA kits except food safety ELISA kits. The price is only $150/kit and free shipping will be offered. What is more, we can give you a fine discount if you make bulk purchases, please feel free contact us for details.

Q: How can I buy your products in my area?

Please click here to check our distributors worldwide and try to find the distributors in your local place. If you cannot find any one, the following two options are available.

a. Purchase the products from the distributors near your country.

b. Purchase the products from us directly. Please send your inquiries to cusabio@cusabio.com.

Q: How to search products on your website?

You can use Gene name, Protein name, Code No., Alias, Abbreviations or Uniprot No. to search products in the search bar, then you can request the quotation through the livechat or “contact us” directly.

If you can’t find the protein or antibody you are interested in, feel free to have a look at our Custom Protein Service and Custom Antibody Service. Please complete the online “Request Form”. Your information will be strictly protected and will not be disclosed to the third party, we will reply you by email within 24 hours.

Q: How can I buy your products online? Do I have to sign in first?

If you are customers from the US, please visit http://www.cusabio.us. It is our online store which only sells antibodies and proteins right now. You can place orders as a guest. So You don't have to sign up.

If you are customers from other countries, please contact your local distributors to place orders. If you can't find your local distributor, feel free to contact us please.

Q: How do l cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled without any charge within 48 hours after the order is placed, or a certain cancellation fee will be charged. Please feel free to contact us for more details of the cancellation fee.

Q: What if I receive an item that is damaged?

If you find the item has been damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the product via email cusabio@cusabio.com attaching a photo of damaged product. We will re-send the order.

Q: What if a CUSABIO product does not work as promised in the manual?

All CUSABIO products have passed the QC standard described in the COA. However, we recognize that there is always something for improvement. If you find a CUSABIO product not working as described on our datasheet, please contact us with all the informations you can provide before expiration date which would allow us to investigate efficiently. We will provide technical support, replacement or refund.

Q: What payment methods do we accept?

For customer outside the US: We only accept bank transfer at the moment.

For customer in the US:

a. We accept purchase orders (PO) and other major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express). A 6% Maryland sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Maryland unless the Exemption Certificates for Sales Tax is provided. Please send the Certificate to order@cusabio.com.

b. Pay by Check (Net 30, 1% Net 15, 1.5% Net 10)

Q: Do you have a product catalogue?

Yes, we have an e-catalogue, please contact us for details.

Q: How much is shipping? What is the shipping condition of the products?

The freight cost differs from country to country and also depending on how many products you order . You are welcome to contact us or your local distributor to request freight cost of your place. We ship all products with ice bags.

Q: Where is my package? Can I track a shipped order?

We usually use Fedex, DHL to deliver our goods. And you could be free to choose any express companies if you have an account.

CUSABIO will keep tracking your order before you receive it. And the tracking code will be offered once your order is shipped. So you can also check the shipping information on the following website with the tracking code: http://www.fedex.com/ or http://www.dhl.com/en.html.
