2. Discounts, Samples & Rewards

* Discounts

Bulk purchases often come with discounts. Please send inquiries to [email protected] and advise the purchase quantity.
In addition, if you just start a new lab, a 30% discount will be offered.

* Samples

CUSABIO is now offering tens of thousands of antibody samples for free.
Additionally, 24T trial size is available for all ELISA kits except food safety ELISA kits. The price is only $150/kit.

* Rewards

As a token of appreciation to our customers, CUSABIO provides product review reward, publication reward, referral program rewards, etc.

3. Sales tax

If you place an order with a distributor, please contact the distributor to inquire about tax details.

If you place an order with CUSABIO directly, please find the following details.

CUSABIO Technology LLC was registered in Texas, so the tax collection rule in Texas is different from those in other states. Please refer to the following tax guidelines for details.

* Tax guidance for Texas-based universities, hospitals and research institutions

You're exempt from taxes. We will ask you to fill out and sign a Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate and send it to us to keep on file so you can be tax-exempt. The certificate is valid for one year. If you have any questions, please send an email to [email protected].

* Tax guidance for Texas-based corporate clients

Cusabio was registered in Texas. According to the regulations of the US federal government, we will collect taxes from you, and then we will pay taxes to the government on a quarterly basis.

Tax Rate 8.25%: State 6.25% + Local 2%.
Tax = Total Product Amount (Product Amount + Shipping Cost) * Tax Rate 8.25%

* Tax guidance for all clients from other states

CUSABIO will not collect taxes from you. Please kindly pay taxes to the government or apply for exemption according to the regulations of the local government yourselves.

4. Payment terms and methods

Pre-payment is required for now. Payment methods include Wire Transfer and Check. credit card payment is not accepted.

Stable cell lines and VLPs (Virus-Like Particles) proteins in liquid form will require dry ice shipping.
All other products are default shipped with blue ice. Dry ice shipment can also be arranged upon your request.
Shipping costs may have a slight fluctuation.
If you prefer to use your carrier account for shipment, please kindly tell us when sending your PO.

7. Order cancellation, Replacement & Refund

If you place an order with a distributor, please contact the distributor to inquire about the details.
If you place an order with CUSABIO directly, please find the following details.

* Order cancellation

Orders can be canceled without any charge within 48 hours after the order is placed. A certain cancellation fee may be charged after 48 hours. For more details, please contact us.

* Replacement & Refund

If an error by CUSABIO results in the shipment of an incorrect order, CUSABIO will ship a replacement order.

If you find the item has been damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via email at [email protected] attaching a photo of the damaged product. CUSABIO will ship a replacement order.

All CUSABIO products have passed the QC standard described in the COA. However, we recognize that there is always something for improvement. If you find a CUSABIO product not working as described, please contact us with all the information you can provide before the expiration date. We will provide technical support, replacement, or refund.
