Assay Principle
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<15%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of human CK-18 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

Could you please advice if you supply the quality control for this kit?Hope to hear from you soon.I am referring to the high and low control. Is it included in the kit?

Thanks for your inquiry. Sorry the kit does not include the mentioned control. But it contains the standard in it which is used to validate and analyze the whole reagent system and can work as controls.

Target Background

(From Uniprot)
Involved in the uptake of thrombin-antithrombin complexes by hepatic cells. When phosphorylated, plays a role in filament reorganization. Involved in the delivery of mutated CFTR to the plasma membrane. Together with KRT8, is involved in interleukin-6 (IL-6)-mediated barrier protection.
