3) Material name and concentration of Stop Solution.
4) Do these kits include hazardous substance such as azide, thimerosal, 2-ME, etc?

Standard is crude extract of native samples and it includes preservative.
Preservative is proclin 300(1:3000).
Stop solution is 4N sulfuric acid.
The kit doesn't contain azide, thimerosal, 2-ME.Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
