Assay Principle
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<15%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<20%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of human MSMB in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

  11. Han Chinese men carrying the MSMB variant have an increased risk of spermatogenic failure associated with male infertility. PMID: 23608167
  12. Data indicate that the increase in prostate cancer (PC) risk associated with rs10993994:C>T is likely mediated by the variant's effect of MSMB-encoded protein PSP94 expression; however, this effect does not extend to NCOA4 in the data. PMID: 22887727
