N-terminally 6xHis-tagged recombinant human IL12RB2 is produced by expressing the gene fragment encoding the amino acids 24-622 of the human IL12RB2 in the yeast and fusing the 6xHis-motif to the resulting protein. Its purity is greater than 90% determined by SDS-PAGE. It migrated to the molecular weight band of about 66-90 kDa on the gel. The target protein IL12RB2 is a subunit of the IL-12 receptor complex, which is co-expressed with IL12RB1 to form the high-affinity IL-12 binding sites and to reconstitute IL-12-dependent signaling. The up-regulation of IL12RB2 is associated with numerous infectious diseases such as Crohn's disease and leprosy.

I have a customer question about item CSB-YP859518HU Recombinant human Interleukin-12 receptor subunit beta-2. I recently purchased lot # 03363.
It stated the protein is his-tagged however the amino acid of the recombinant protein shown in the page didn’t contain His tag. We also tried western blot in house and we couldn’t detect the his tag. Therefore, I want to clarity if the protein is His tagged.”
Is this protein His tagged? Do you have data to verify that the His-tag is present on Lot # 03363? If so, could you please send the testing data that shows the His tag is present?
