Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<15%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<15%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse follistatin in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

I want to determine the follistatin level in mouse EDTA plasma (CSB-E08508m). Are there any recommendations on how to dilute the plasma?
For us, we generally detect the sample (serum/plasma) without dilution. Considering the differences of the samples (differences in the physiological stages of sample collection and storage differences, etc.), it is best to explore the gradient conditions first: undiluted, 10-fold, 100-fold dilution, and use 1×PBS to do this preliminary experiment.
