This Rat TIMP2 ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Rat TIMP2 protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 1.25 ng/mL-80 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.31 ng/mL.

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rat TIMP-2 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

Capture antibody is mouse monoclonal antibody and detection antibody is goat polyclonal antibody.
Standard is NS0-derived recombinant protein.
We tested undiluted serum and plasma samples before and the test value is 2.5--10ng/ml.
