Description

This Rat TIMP2 ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Rat TIMP2 protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 1.25 ng/mL-80 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.31 ng/mL.

Recovery

Capture antibody is mouse monoclonal antibody and detection antibody is goat polyclonal antibody.
Standard is NS0-derived recombinant protein.
We tested undiluted serum and plasma samples before and the test value is 2.5--10ng/ml.
