Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of human IL1F9 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

The human interleukin-36 gamma (IL36γ) ELISA kit is suitable for quantitatively determining the human IL36γ complex in multiple samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or cell culture supernates. This assay employs the bi-antibody sandwich technique and enzyme-substrate chromogenic reaction to quantify human IL36γ levels in the sample. The amount of synthesized colored product is positively related to the analyte of interest in the sample.
IL36γ, also called IL1F9, is an IL-1 family cytokine involved in polarizing Type-1 immune responses. IL36G can be induced in keratinocytes, bronchial epithelia, brain tissues, and macrophages and is regarded as an "alarmin" in damaged tissue. Chenyang Dai et al. demonstrated that the IL-36γ/IL-36R axis plays a protective role in Candida albicans (CA) keratitis through upregulating AMPs and downregulating the inflammatory response and consequently improves the outcome of CA keratitis.
