Review: Western blot analysis of total NF-kB p65 (A), phosphorylated NF-kB p65 (B), total IKKα/β (C) and phosphorylated IKKα/β (D) protein expression in soleus muscle of Wistar rats (n = 8 per group) submitted to bilateral hindlimb immobilization (IMOB), orally supplemented (for 14 days concomitantly to immobilization period) with dipeptide L-alanyl- L-glutamine (DIP-IMOB) or a solution containing the amino acids L-glutamine plus L- alanine (GLN+ALA-IMOB), both in their free form and, non-immobilized (CTRL, GLN+ALA and DIP) animals. CTRL (control group) and IMOB groups received equal volumes of water via gastric gavage in the same period.
