How to Participate

Submit Your Story December 18, 2024 – February 15, 2025

Complete the submission form and upload your story.
Your story must be a minimum of 200 words and include one supporting image.
Submit before the deadline.

Story Review & Approval February 16 – February 19, 2025

Our team will review all submissions to ensure they meet the guidelines and verify authenticity.
You will receive an email notification once your story has been reviewed and approved for the voting phase.

Voting Period February 20 – March 5, 2025

All approved stories will be displayed on our voting page.

Rankings will be based on the total number of votes received.
Every story displayed during the voting phase is guaranteed to win a prize—100% win rate!

1. By submitting your entry, you grant CUSABIO the non-exclusive right to share your content (text, images, or videos) on its platforms, including social media and promotional materials. You retain full ownership of your original content.

2. All submissions must be original. Plagiarized or unauthorized content will be disqualified.

3. Submissions must meet the file and content requirements outlined on this page. Entries will be reviewed for authenticity and relevance before approval.

4. Voting will take place as per the timeline provided. Fraudulent voting or any manipulation will result in disqualification.

5. Prizes will be delivered within 7 business days after the winners are announced. Please make sure your contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

6. Your personal information will only be used for contest-related communication and prize delivery. We will not share your information with third parties.

7. CUSABIO reserves the right to modify these terms, disqualify any submission, or cancel the contest under unforeseen circumstances.
