Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.
Lead Time

Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.

WNT3A protein CSB-EP026136HU1 is a recombinant human partial-length protein produced in E.coli. A DNA sequence encoding 19-351aa of human WNT3A protein was fused with an N-terminal 6xHis-tag and then contained within the protein. The purity of this WNT3A protein is greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. And it was elevated in the LC-MS/MS Analysis. WNT3A is a member of canonical WNT ligand and modulates different pleiotropic cellular functions such as self-renewal, proliferation, differentiation, and motility. It is closely related to the etiology and pathology of numerous diseases including cancer. Depending on cancer type, WNT3A augments or inhibits metastasis, cell proliferation, and apoptosis of cancer cells.

Target Background

Ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. Functions in the canonical Wnt signaling pathway that results in activation of transcription factors of the TCF/LEF family. Required for normal embryonic mesoderm development and formation of caudal somites. Required for normal morphogenesis of the developing neural tube. Mediates self-renewal of the stem cells at the bottom on intestinal crypts (in vitro).
