CD73 (Nt5e) is a key ectoenzyme that hydrolyzes extracellular AMP to adenosine, modulating purinergic signaling in cardiovascular and immune microenvironments. This recombinant mouse CD73 covers residues 29–550, expressed in mammalian cells with a C-terminal 6xHis tag positioned away from the catalytic domain to preserve enzymatic function, and its binding activity has been confirmed by functional ELISA with an ED50 of 3.70 ng/ml against anti-CD73 mAb. The validated activity supports use in enzymatic activity assays, kinetic parameter analysis (Km, Vmax, kcat), substrate specificity profiling, and inhibitor screening for IC50 determination in cardiovascular drug candidate evaluation. Purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE combined with endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg satisfies the criteria typically required for accurate kinetic measurements, positive controls in enzyme-linked assays, and structural studies such as crystallography or cryo-EM.
