WNT1, also known as wingless-type MMTV integration site family member 1, is a secreted signaling glycoprotein that plays an essential role in embryonic development and cellular communication. As a member of the Wnt signaling pathway, WNT1 regulates cell fate determination, proliferation, and differentiation through both canonical and non-canonical signaling cascades. This proto-oncogene is particularly important in neural development. It has been implicated in various pathological conditions, making it a significant target for research in developmental biology, cancer studies, and regenerative medicine.
The Human Proto-oncogene Wnt-1 ELISA kit (CSB-EL026128HU) is designed for quantitative measurement of WNT1 in human serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates using a sandwich assay principle. The kit offers a detection range of 0.312 ng/mL to 20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. The assay requires 50-100 μL sample volume and can be completed within 1-5 hours. Detection is performed at 450 nm wavelength.
