Description

The mouse anti-double-stranded DNA antibody (IgG) ELISA kit can qualitatively detect anti-double-stranded DNA (anti-dsDNA) antibodies. It operates through an indirect measurement method. The kit allows for the detection of anti-dsDNA antibodies in mouse serum samples, with an assay time ranging from 1 to 5 hours and a sample volume requirement of 50-100 µl. The detection wavelength is at 450 nm. This kit has been utilized in more than 13 papers, underlining its significance and reliability in research settings. Studies have shown that the presence of self-DNA drives the production of IgG anti-dsDNA antibodies in lupus, highlighting the importance of tools like this ELISA kit in understanding autoimmune mechanisms. Review: I used CSB-E11194m to detect the expression of IgG in the plasma of normal and SLE model mice. The OD values after 1:10 dilution ranged from 0.19 to 0.649, and the measured results were at low concentrations. The product is easy to use, with detailed instructions. It is recommended to perform pre-tests for different samples to find out the concentration range before performing large batch experiments.
