Generating the HSP90AB1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is a complex process that involves multiple stages. Initially, the HSP90AB1 monoclonal antibody is harvested, and its gene sequence is identified. Then, a vector carrying the HSP90AB1 monoclonal antibody gene is constructed and transfected into a host cell line for culture. A synthesized peptide based on human HSP90AB1 is used as an immunogen during the production of the HSP90AB1 monoclonal antibody. Subsequently, the resulting HSP90AB1 monoclonal antibody is purified through affinity chromatography from the cell culture supernatant and examined for specificity using ELISA, WB, IHC, IF, and FC applications. It only detects human HSP90AB1 protein.
HSP90AB1 is a molecular chaperone protein that plays a role in various cellular processes, including protein folding, maturation, activation, and degradation. It participates in the regulation of several signaling pathways, including those involved in cell cycle progression, cell survival, and apoptosis. HSP90AB1 has been shown to interact with a wide range of client proteins, including many oncogenic proteins, making it a target for cancer therapy. Additionally, HSP90AB1 is involved in the response to environmental stressors such as heat shock and oxidative stress, and its expression is induced by various stress stimuli.
