CCL21 directs the homing of T cells and dendritic cells to secondary lymphoid organs through CCR7 engagement, making it a critical tool for dissecting lymphocyte trafficking mechanisms. This tag-free recombinant human CCL21, encompassing the full-length mature sequence (24–134aa), demonstrates confirmed chemotactic activity on human lymphocytes at 10–100 ng/ml, providing a suitable basis for chemotaxis and transwell migration assays, CCR7 signaling pathway studies, and in vivo models of lymphocyte homing or tumor immunology. The protein's endotoxin level of less than 1.0 EU/μg minimizes LPS-driven artifacts that can confound immune cell functional readouts, satisfying the purity and endotoxin criteria typical for sensitive primary lymphocyte activation and dendritic cell maturation experiments. Produced in *E. coli* with greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE, this preparation also supports use as a reference standard in chemokine detection assays or as a coating antigen for anti-CCL21 antibody validation by ELISA.
