Review: I used the CSB-E08079h kit to detect type I procollagen carboxy-terminal propeptide (PⅠCP) in human serum samples. The OD value range of the standard curve was between 0.190 and 2.377 (concentration range 62.5 pg/mL - 4000 pg/mL), with a good gradient and clear linear relationship. The OD values of sample detection roughly fell in the middle section of the standard curve. The kit has high precision, with intra-assay CV% < 8% and inter-assay CV% < 10%, showing excellent repeatability. The entire operation process is smooth, and the sensitivity reaches 15.6 pg/mL, which can accurately reflect the changes in PⅠCP content in samples. It is a stable and reliable ELISA kit and is worth recommending.
