This Human Col Ⅰ ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Human Col Ⅰ protein in serum, urine, cell culture supernates, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 1.56 ng/mL-100 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.39 ng/mL.
