Description

The CUSABIO human Kynurenine (KYN) ELISA kit is suitable for analyzing Kynurenine levels in human samples, including serum, urine, and tissue homogenates. With a detection range of 7.8 pmol/ml to 500 pmol/ml and a sensitivity of 3.9 pmol/ml, this kit offers a precise and accurate assessment of Kynurenine levels. The kit uses a competitive technique, and the detection wavelength is set at 450 nm. The assay can be completed within 1-5 hours, requiring a sample volume of 50-100 µl.
