This Human PA Ab ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Human PA Ab protein in platelet. It is a Competitive ELISA kit, its detection range is 0.59 μg/mL-150 μg/mL and the sensitivity is 0.17 μg/mL.

Platelet has 2 kinds of antigen, human platelet antigen and human leukocytes antigen..which antibody that detect by this kit? Anti-HLA antibody or anti-HPA antibody?

The platelet surface antigen includes the two types mentioned by the customer.
The kit is a platelet-binding antibody, including Anti-HLA antibody and anti-HPA antibody (which cannot be specifically distinguished),
