e. Is the detection antibody a monoclonal or polyclonal?
f. What is the host of the detection antibody?
g. What’s is that standard? A recombinant protein or something else? If a recombinant protein, what is the host?
h. If recombinant protein, is it full length or partial?
i. What is the species of the standard– human or something else?
j. What sample type was tested with this kit (serum? plasma? Something else?) and what were the reference values.

This kit is developed against mouse matrix. It is specific to mouse and can not be used to test other species.
Capture antibody is rat monoclonal antibody and detection antibody is rat monoclonal antibody.
Standard is synthetic peptide.
GLP2 is a peptide, so there is no uniprot for this target. You can refer to:

We tested mouse serum and plasma samples before and the test value is about 120pg/ml.
