Description

The AMBP monoclonal antibody was generated by immunizing mice with recombinant human AMBP protein, isolating B cells from the mouse spleen, fusing these cells with myeloma cells to form hybridomas, and then selecting and culturing the hybridomas that produce the AMBP antibody. Injecting the selected hybridomas into the mouse abdominal cavity and then collecting AMBP monoclonal antibodies from the mouse ascites. The AMBP monoclonal antibody reacts specifically with human AMBP protein and can be used for ELISA and IHC applications. It is purified using protein G affinity chromatography with a purity of over 95%.

AMBP mainly functions to regulate protease activity and prevent damage from oxidative stress and inflammation. Additionally, AMBP is also involved in the regulation of the complement system and the clearance of apoptotic cells.
