CXCL10 (IP-10) is a key interferon-γ–inducible chemokine that drives CXCR3-dependent T-lymphocyte recruitment, making it central to studies of antitumor immunity, viral infection, and chronic inflammation. This tag-free recombinant human CXCL10 carries the R93M substitution and spans the full mature sequence (22–98 aa), preserving native receptor-binding fidelity while demonstrating robust chemotactic activity on human peripheral blood T-lymphocytes at 10–50 ng/ml in validated migration bioassays. These functional data support use in chemotaxis and transwell migration assays, downstream CXCR3/MAPK and JAK/STAT signaling studies, and as a reference standard or positive control in IP-10 detection ELISAs. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts in sensitive immune cell experiments, and purity exceeding 97% by SDS-PAGE provides a suitable basis for in vivo inflammation or tumor models where consistent dosing and low background activation are essential.
