Target Background

Function
GTPase-activating protein for the ADP ribosylation factor family (Probable). Regulates endosome recycling downstream of rab-10 and upstream of arf-6.; Truncated cnt-1: Promotes apoptosis during embryonic development. Produced by caspase ced-3-mediated cleavage, and translocates to the plasma membrane where it prevents the activation of the prosurvival Akt-1/2 and sgk-1 signaling pathway by competing with Akt-1/2 for the binding to PtdIns(3,4,5)P3.
