I would like to set up an ELISA method for detection of rhizomucor miehei lipase protein. Can the recombinant antibody CSB-PA321696ZA01RDA be labelled to work as a secondary antibody or do you have any other suggestions for a sensitive ELISA method?

CUSABIO suggests you use the unconjugated antibody CSB-PA321696ZA01RDA and HRP conjugated antibody CSB-PA321696ZB01RDA for sandwich ELISA.

CSB-PA321696ZA01RDA is a make-to-order product, which can be labelled with HRP after production, and suitable for ELISA and WB. We can guarantee the antibody can recognize the antigen instead of the endogenous samples through ELISA and WB.
