Subcellular Location
Vacuole. Note=Localizes to the inner surface of the vacuolar membrane. Under nutrient-rich conditions, the protein is delivered to the vacuole by the cytoplasm to vacuole targeting (Cvt) pathway. Under starvation conditions, the protein is localized through autophagy.
