Function

Catalyzes the formation of phosphatidylethanolamine (PtdEtn) from phosphatidylserine (PtdSer). Only decarboxylates the lipid-linked form of the serine moiety, and not serine alone or derivatives like phosphoserine or glycerophosphoserine.
