Target Background

Function
Stimulates the exchange of Rho1 and Rho5 GDP-bound form into GTP-bound form. Controls septum formation, cell wall synthesis and localization of F-actin patches. Coordinates actin deposition with cell wall biosynthesis during bipolar growth.
