Target Background

Function

Involved in the regulation of gravitropic response and basipetal auxin transport in roots. Involved in salt stress tolerance. May facilitate membrane trafficking and asymmetric cell elongation via SYT1. Binds stigmasterol and dipalmitoyl phosphoethanolamine (DPPE) in vitro.
