Function

Transcription elongation factor that enhances the transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II (RNAPII). Plays an important role in regulating embryo apical and basal patterning during early embryogenesis, partly through negative regulation of the transcription factors PHABULOSA and PHAVOLUTA.
