Target Background

Function
Mediates resistance to pathogens which are sensitive to stilbenes such as Botrytis cinerea, Eutypa lata and Plasmopora viticola by enhancing the production of phytoalexins. Confers resistance to Phytophthora palmivora when expressed in papaya.
