| Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8% | ||||||
| Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess. | ||||||
| Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10% | ||||||
| Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess. | ||||||
| To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of dog C4 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay. | ||||||

This Dog Complement 4 (C4) ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Dog Complement 4 (C4) protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Competitive ELISA kit, its detection range is 31.25 ng/mL-2000 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 7.8 ng/mL .
Sample type: Serum
Sample species: Dog
Sample dilution: : 1:9
Review: I used the canine complement C4 enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit to detect the C4 content in canine serum, and the results were good. The standard curve showed good linearity, the RSD of replicate wells was less than 15%, and the concentrations of diluted samples were all within the linear range. The standard curves of the three indicator kits were calculated using LOG-LOG simulation.
