Standard:293 cell-derived recombinant protein.
Preservative is proclin 300(1:3000).
Stop solution is 4N sulfuric acid.
This kit doesn't contain azide, thimerosal, 2-ME, etc.

Target Data

Function This enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of the N-terminal peptide bond of an N-acetylated peptide to generate an N-acetylated amino acid and a peptide with a free N-terminus. It preferentially cleaves off Ac-Ala, Ac-Met and Ac-Ser.

APEH interacts with the amino-terminal domain of XRCC1, and APEH facilitates both single-strand break repair and cell survival following exposure to H2O2.
