I'm focusing on non-autoimmune aCL antibodies however I noticed that many companies offer ELISA kits only detect autoimmune derived antibodies. These last mentioned antibody need a glycoprotein as a cofactor for binding to the CL antigen, which is what I'm trying to omit. Are you aware whether your kit uses autoimmune antibodies that detect CL with the cofactor (beta2 GL1)?”
