Regarding the Human calcitonin gene-related peptide, CGRP ELISA Kit (CSB-E08210h), What exactly does this CUSABIO CGRP Sandwich ELISA detect? full length or fragment? Can this assay detect other CGRP-related peptides?
CSB-E08210h detects Beta-type CGRP, refer to https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P10092 for full-length design, it cannot detect alpha type CGRP. As for the other CGRP related peptides, in theory it cannot be detected. If you have specific information, please kindly send us for further checking.
