Exosomes are a type of extracellular vesicles secreted by cells that contain a variety of RNA, proteins, and phospholipids with a diameter of about 30-150 nm. Exosomes play an important role in the transfer of material and information between cells.

Sample type: early morning urine samples, midstream specimen of urine, 15ml

Comments: The isolated intact exosomes had typical tea tray-like membrane structure under TEM, the average diameter of particles was 69 nm, the concentration was over 10^10 particles/mL. The result is quite good.

    Store at 4℃ for short term storage or -80℃ for long term storage. It is recommended to store it after aliquoting to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
