The Binding Activity of hIgG4 with Anti-Human IgG Fc antibody Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized hIgG4 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-FC antibody, the EC₅₀ is 13.30 to 19.59 ng/mL. The Binding Activity of hIgG1 with Anti-Human IgG Fc antibody Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized hIgG1 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-FC antibody, the EC₅₀ is 7.604 to 9.415 ng/mL.
