The Binding Activity of hIgG1 with Anti-Human IgG Fc antibody Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized hIgG2 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-FC antibody, the EC₅₀ is 7.604 to 9.415 ng/mL.
